Do you offer delivery?
No. Deliveries are via Australia Post and costs are calculated at checkout prior to payment.
We do offer Click and Collect which can be organised for any events or pop up locations we attend as well as in store. Please ensure you note the preferred pick-up location in the order notes.
What are the delivery times?
We aim to pack orders within 24 – 48 hours of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery by Australia Post are dependent on their postage timetable. Unexpected events may interrupt or delay delivery which is beyond our control.
Can I pick up from the store?
Yes – we offer Click and Collect as an option at checkout. Your order can be collected from our store (during regular opening hours) or you may choose to collect from any events or locations we attend (markets, pop up stalls). Please ensure you note the preferred pick-up location in the order notes.
What are the payment options?
You can pay by credit or debit card. PayPal and Afterpay are also available.
Will you always have stock shown available?
We will endeavour to ensure our stock levels remain accurate. If an item becomes “out of stock” we will update that item to reflect it as soon as possible. If you purchase an item which is out of stock we will contact you to discuss options (such as refund, alternate item etc).
Handmade chocolates and specialty items are made to order and may not be available at all times or may take time to make. Please contact us if there is an item you wish to order and require it urgently so we can discuss available options.
I’m looking for a lollie I used to eat as a child but haven’t seen it in years?
While we try to stock a great range of ole fashioned favourites and lollies, some manufacturers may have discontinued product lines. This is sometimes due to regulatory changes, a decline in popularity or a manufacturing cost with ingredient availability. To continue providing a variety of options, we regularly source new products and sometimes these are very similar to those you may remember. Keep an eye on our website for new products to be added.

As our product range is constantly changing, the ingredients may also vary. If you require specific information about our product ingredients, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
