Terms and Conditions of THE OLE LOLLIE SHOP
Shipping
Delivery costs will depend on your location and the cubic weight of your order. The Calculate Shipping button in the shopping cart will estimate this fee once you have put the products in the cart you wish to order. This will allow you to add or remove items in relation to postage costs. In the hotter months we will ship your order with cool protection packaging. We highly recommend EXPRESS POST to help maintain the quality during delivery.
Delivery times are approximate and do not include weekends. If your delivery is needed urgently or within a specific time frame please contact us ASAP to ensure your parcel will arrive before your event. Items are shipped within 24 – 48 hours of receiving order, providing all products are in stock. Products can sell out before being deemed “out of stock” on the website, especially over the weekend, when the site is not monitored. In the case of items being out of stock you will be contacted and advised of the shortfall. We can offer a similar product or refund the amount paid for the unavailable item, if you don’t wish to wait for the item to be sent when in stock. If we have a question about your order, we will not ship your order until we have communicated with you.
Orders are shipped from Petrie, QLD once payment has been received. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Direct Deposit. Your credit card details will not be stored. We use Commonwealth Bank merchants for our credit card processing facility. If there are any problems with payment please email us.
If your items are to be given as gifts please advise us and we can leave out a receipt and remove the price label for you.
All our products listed are inclusive of GST.
Parcels shipped to Australian addresses will have online tracking. If the Australia Post deliverer deems the property not safe to leave a parcel it will be taken to the Australia Post outlet named on the calling card left. The Ole Lollie Shop is not responsible for damage to items when in transit with Australia Post. If the delivery has not arrived in a reasonable timeframe please contact us to check the tracking of your parcel or you can do so via the link you are sent in your tracking emails. Please give us an email address you check regularly and be aware of delivery times.

- Darwin – 6-8 days
- Express Post takes 1 to 3 days depending on location. **Remote areas may take longer**
- Delivery times are not guaranteed
- Delivery is within Australia only
- Delays can occur around peak times like Christmas and Easter
Refunds
If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We are very approachable and appreciate mistakes are made. All our products are in date and of excellent quality that are checked prior to delivery. Please choose carefully as we cannot refund or accept returns for food products that differ in taste to your expectations. If you receive damaged stock, please keep the product and call or email us.
If you have given a wrong address, we are charged for ‘return to sender’ without notice from Australia Post, so for us to resend your order we will have to charge you for postage again. If we have written the address wrong, we will pay for any resend fees involved. If you would like your order forwarded elsewhere whilst in transit, you can do this online from the link in the Australia Post notification you will get.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@theolelollieshop.com.au.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@theolelollieshop.com.au and we will discuss the exchange process.
